What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, optional role, and your message.
- Book updates form: your email address and optional role.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website. We do not ask for, and you should not send, any patient information.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry (legitimate interests).
- To email you when the book launches and occasionally about courses, if you asked us to (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.
Who processes it
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. Course purchases happen on Gumroad, which handles your payment and account data under its own privacy policy. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Book-update sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after the book launches, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email info@clinicaleducationbytesize.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
